This notice is for customers of Estate Planners Realty, Inc. This notice is given on behalf of the owners; the real estate agents and the clerical staff associated with our corporation.

• Our service providers, including escrow companies and title insurance companies. • Non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.

Except as stated above, we do not share the Private Information with third parties. We restrict access to the Private Information to those employees, sales agents who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard the Private Information
